Evindari (“the App”) is provided “as is” and use is strictly at your own risk. We do not
guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee matches, relationships, personal outcomes, or the accuracy of any
content, advice, or recommendations presented by users or through the Service.
3. User Verification Limitation
Evindari does not verify the identity, background, history, or intentions of any users. You
acknowledge and accept the risk of harm, loss, or dispute resulting from
misrepresentation, fraud, or interactions with other users.
4. Cultural Sensitivity Disclaimer
As a Kurdish-focused dating app, Evindari does not take responsibility for any cultural,
political, religious, ethnic, or national disputes, disagreements, or misunderstandings
between users regardless of jurisdiction.
5. Cross-Border Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evindari is not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—regardless
of where you access the App or where alleged harm occurs.
6. Force Majeure Clause
Evindari is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism,
epidemic, labor disputes, natural disasters, internet or power outages, sanctions,
changes in law, or third-party service failures.
