Your Safety Comes First
Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. This Help Center explains how to get help, report concerns, and what to do if you are in an emergency while using our app.
Emergency Support
If you are in immediate danger or feel unsafe:
- Contact your local emergency services immediately.
For example:- United States & Canada: 911
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 999 or 112
- European Union: 112
- Turkey: 155 (Police) or 112
- Iran: 110 (Police)
- Iraq: 112
- Syria: 112
- Move to a safe, public place if possible
- Reach out to a trusted friend or family member for support
Our app is not a substitute for emergency services. Always prioritise your personal safety.
Reporting and Blocking Users
If you experience inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or feel uncomfortable:
- Open the user’s profile
- Select Report to submit a concern
- Select Block to prevent further contact
All reports are taken seriously and reviewed by our moderation team.
Staying Safe While Dating
We encourage all users to follow these safety tips:
- Meet in public places for first dates
- Tell someone you trust where you’re going
- Avoid sharing personal or financial information
- Trust your instincts and leave if something feels wrong
Emotional and Mental Wellbeing
Dating can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you’re feeling stressed or upset:
- Take a break from the app if needed
- Talk to friends or family you trust
- Consider contacting local support or counselling services
Looking after your mental health is just as important as your physical safety.
