How Do I Delete My Account?
Go to My Profile, then open Settings (⚙). Choose Delete | Disable Account, select your reason for leaving (for example, Found a partner on Evindari), and confirm your request to complete the process.
How to Change My Password?
Head to My Profile, open Settings (⚙), and select Change Password. Enter your current password, then create your new one. Re-enter the new password to confirm, and click Change to save it.
Tip: Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and contains a combination of uppercase letters (A–Z), lowercase letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), and special characters (such as $ & £) to ensure your account stays secure.
How to Change the App Language Settings?
Go to My Profile, then open the Preferences section. Select Language, choose your preferred option (for example, Kurdish Sorani), and the app will update automatically.
How to Edit Your Current Location?
Open My Profile, then go to the Account Details section and select Location. Update your Country and State as needed, then save your changes to confirm.
How to Edit or Add a New Profile Image?
To edit or add a new profile image, navigate to My Profile and tap Edit Profile. Tap the ✎ (edit icon) to upload a new profile image. If you would like to remove an existing image, tap the 🗑 (delete icon).
Please note that the app requires at least two profile images at all times. If you currently have only two images and would like to replace one, make sure to upload the new image first before deleting the existing one. This will help prevent any errors.
How to Add a Filter to Your Trip Search?
To add a filter to your trip search, first navigate to the Discover section. On the top right of the screen, tap the Filter icon. You can then select your filter preferences, such as the trip type (for example, Adventure) or the number of companions. Once you’ve chosen your preferences, tap Apply Filters to see trips that match your selections. If you want to remove all filters and start a new search, simply tap Clear All.
How to Add a Trip?
To add a trip, go to the My Trip section, or from Discover, tap the 👤 icon at the top right and select Add Trip or Create Your First Trip. You will be prompted to enter your trip details, including a title, image, and description. Then, choose your travel preferences, travel dates, destination country, trip type, and any traveller preferences. Once all the information is complete, tap Create Trip to save your trip and make it ready for planning or sharing.
How to Switch to Evindari Account?
To switch to your Evindari account, go to the Discover section. At the top left of the screen, tap the More icon, then select Dating from the Switch Mode options.
How to Accept or Reject a Traveller Request?
To accept or reject a traveller request, navigate to the My Trips section. On My Travels, click View Details for the trip. Then go to Pending Requests, where you will see all incoming traveller requests. To accept a traveller, click Accept and confirm if prompted. If you do not want to accept, click Cancel and then Reject to decline the request.
How to See All Travellers on Your Trip?
To view travellers in your trip, go to the My Trips section. In My Travels, click View Details for the trip, then go to Travellers to see the full list. You can also view travellers through the Chat section: open your group chat, tap the Information icon, and you will be able to see each traveller’s profile and details.
How to Manage or Edit Your Trip?
To manage or edit your trip, go to the My Trips section and tap ✎ Manage. Make the changes you want, such as updating the travel dates, and then press Update Trip to save your changes.
